In-branch considerations

If you have been directed to self-isolate, have recently travelled outside of Manitoba or exhibit any symptoms of coronavirus, please do not come into the branch. 

We've taken the following precautions in-branch so far:

  • Hand sanitizer available in key areas
  • Increased cleaning of common areas including ATMs, door handles, reception, light switches, coin machines, service counters, kiosks, and washrooms
  • We've implemented new social distancing measures

  • Visit any ATM that is part of the ding free®  network of credit union ATMs across Canada
  • Drive-thru tellers, located at 333 Main Street in Steinbach and 1575 Lagimodiere Boulevard in Winnipeg
  • All deposits are guaranteed 100% by the Deposit Guarantee Corporation of Manitoba

We are here to help. Call us at 1.800.728.6440. We've rolled out a credit relief program for business and consumer members. This program includes:

  • Up to 6-month deferral of payments (principal and interest) on term loans and mortgages
  • The ability to extend your line of credit to help maintain your cash flow
